Dog walking in Elwood is not difficult! For a relatively small area there is so much choice – great beach, extensive parklands and delightful streetscapes. Yes, there is some traffic to contend with on its borders but it is also simple to get around and with the large established trees along the streets, it is very pleasant for walking dogs.
And the dogs themselves seem to enjoy their time wandering around the large footpaths and nature strips.
Elwood is another place which welcomes dogs, their owners and dog walkers alike. Most cafes have dog bowls available for passing walkers and with many lovely parks, a short or a long dog walk is a great experience.
