Port Melbourne is a great place to go dog walking. It offfers pleasant streets, great parks and dog friendly beaches. The other thing is the way everything is so accessible and you can freely park near some of the best of them.
Now we don’t play favourites here, but this area was one of our first for a dog walk – Buddy has travelled most of it a number of times over. And some of our good friends live there.
The cafes in the area are mostly dog friendly and so are the people! We can’t go down Bay Street on a dog walk without getting mobbed… That may be an overstatement for effect, but I can tell you that whether it is with a pack of dogs or just Buddy we get many many smiles.
